Hi - our completed form is not sending to the email recipients. This is been happening for a while and we switched to an alias email on our side, so we think that Jot Form is blocking the emails.
Please let me know how to move forward as this would cost us renewing our contract.

I checked your logs and found out that some of the emails ended in the Bounce list:
1) firstname.lastname@example.org:Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
2)email@example.com:Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I found that this email was in the Bounce list as well but it was removed: firstname.lastname@example.org.
I removed the above emails from the Bounce list so you should receive submissions now.
The rest of the emails were not in the Bounce list.
Please check this guide on how to prevent such issues, also here is how to check and remove emails from the Bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
We're sorry for the inconvenience.
