The limit that you reached was the 100 Monthly Submission limit. For this month, you're already at 112 Submissions:

You may confirm this on your Account's Usage page. I think there's a confusion between the Total Submission Limit VS the Monthly Submission Limit.

    Total Submission Storage = 500 limit account-wide

Monthly Submission = 100 limit per month (replenishes on the 1st day of each month)

With that in mind, you have 2 options:

    1. Either wait for the 1st day of the next month so the counter resets back to zero

    2. Or upgrade your account to increase your limits

You can find the complete breakdown on our Pricing Page https://www.jotform.com/pricing

To sum it up, on the Starter Plan, you can:

    1. Create 5 forms (account-wide)

    2. 100 Submissions (per month)

    3. 10 Submissions with Payments (per month)

    4. 100 MB Available Space (account-wide)

    5. 1,000 Form Views (per month)

    6. 500 Total Submission Storage (account-wide)
