I am creating a form, that will collect information for direct mail.  the user selects options from my form.  Then the user uploads a file of (Names addresses and other information.)

In order to properly bill the user I need to calculate the # of Names on the .csv upload.  is this possible in jot forms?

If I understood you correctly, you want to know if the form can count the number of rows inside of CSV file that is uploaded to the form. Unfortunately that is not possible. You will have to manually open uploaded file and count the number of rows.

I can only suggest you to create two forms. On first form your users will upload CSV file. Than you can check the number of rows on a file that was uploaded and send them link of prepopulated second form with billing info. You can prepopulate your second form with our prepopulate app:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
