My email continues to go on the bounce list

    I remove it and resend a test, and receive the bounce list error again.

    If you haven't added to your safe sender or contact list, please do so. This should help. If not, there is not much we can do about it. AT&T has the right to block the incoming emails to your account. 

    You may consider using an SMTP to send the form emails. You can find the details here:!/dial-up/KM1010523. To be exact, the following:

    Email: Your current email address.


    Port: 857 or 465

    Security Protocol: SSL

    Username: SBCGlobal Email (current email address)

    Password: Your SBCGlobal Email Password.


    If the SMTP won't work, I would suggest changing the email address in your forms to another provider. Maybe, Gmail.
