The Paypal button shouldn't be needed on the form per se because as soon as users hit the Submit button, they will be redirected to Paypal afterwards to make the payment.
But if it's imperative for you to show an actual Paypal button, you may use an image with your Submit button so it looks like a Paypal Checkout button.
