Accessing forms from a sub-user account appears to be different than from a main account

    My access was recently restricted from Admin to a simple user.

    When I had an admin status, I could toggle or use the drop down to select a different " my form". Meaning, if I was working in "commercial single", I could go up to the drop down and select a different selection like "Commercial multiple".

    Now that I have switched, I have to back up to my forms, select the category I want to work in and then hit my forms again. A bunch more steps to do.

    Is there a way to bring back that ability without being an Admin?

    I believe you are referring to accessing forms as a sub-user.  Shared forms are accessed through the shared folder so it does require an extra step to access them.  Once you are in the shared folder, selecting forms should be the exact same as it is when accessing it from the main account.
