When filling out form my customer has to enter their address as their billing address

    currently customers payment isn't working when they enter an address different from their billing address- is there a way to add billing address to payment integrations since the address they are entering our services to go to doesn't always match.

    What is the payment integration currently active on your form? Would you mind sharing us your form URL so we can check it? If you are using Authorize.net, the billing address needs to be entered.

    That is a URL to the form. I believe it is stripe payment.

    If you are using a Stripe payment tool on your form, unfortunately, there is no default billing address field on the stripe payment tool. What I would suggest, to prevent the users from getting confused is to add another Address field and label it as a Billing Address field.
