Greetings, our last five PayPal transactions have not worked as normal. I did not receive an email, and the payment has not shown up at all in our PayPal account, even though the respondents are indicating that, on their side, it shows that payment is waiting for approval or acceptance by us.
We've used PayPal in our Jotforms before without trouble, just recently, in fact, so I'm not sure what is happening. Can anyone help?

If you have Pending payments they should appear in incomplete section and here is how to check them: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-view-incomplete-payments
Also, if you want to receive Notifiers for such payments you can do that by following this: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail
If there is something else going on, do you have any track of those submissions?
