Why I can not login?

    Hello,

    My name is Jessica Sloope with Cheer Challenge Allstars. We have an account with JotForm. I am trying to log in to our account but it says suspended. I guess we need to upgrade to a pay package. I would like to do that, but it will not let me log in to do so. Is there someone that could help me with this?

    was found to be collecting credit card information. Which is not allowed according to  our Terms of use.

    Please refrain from collecting this type of sensitive information in plain text fields.

    We have implemented payment integration in order to make legitimate charges: 

    Authorization292-How-to-Enable-Payment-https://www.jotform.com/help/

    This method is mandatory to be used when dealing with credit cards from customers.

    Your account has been activated and your form cleaned, you may continue to develop it.

    Thank you. We have to run all our processing through our merchant service provider due to an agreement. Jotform does not offer the processing app our provider uses. it is called SwipeSimple. I am not sure what to do.
