How you do reach skip straight to the Thank You submission page

Hi,

(1)  Let's say you have Pages 1, 2, 3, 4.  How do you tell forms on Page 3 to skip Page 4 and go directly to the submission page "Thank you".  I tried hiding Page 4 after Page 3 but I can still see Page 4.  

(2) How do you name the first page?  I couldn't find anywhere to name the page except at the button where the "Next" button reside.  When I name it, it keeps assigning that name to Page 2.

To skip a page and go directly to the "Thank You" page, you can set up a condition in your form like this:

If the issue still persists, please try clearing your form's cache and try to set up conditions again.

I'm not sure if I understand your 2nd question fully. Can you please clarify to us what you mean by how to name the first page? If you mean on how to edit the label of the field in the First Page, you can edit the texts of the fields by clicking the Edit text icon.
