Why autoresponder emails are not sending?

    Hi,

We enabled autoresponder emails (sent to customers to confirm they sumitted their entry) for our Calendar Contest forms, but the emails are not sending.  All appears to be setup properly, so not sure why they're not sending.

Let me know if you need any more info.

    Thanks,

    Joel

I checked your logs and some of the emails ended in the Bounce list.

    The reasons are below:

    rachellej@revivalanimal.com:

Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

    photos@revivalanimal.com:
    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.2 Connection closed unexpectedly>

myphotos@greatcompanions.com: Reason(s) : Amazon SES has suppressed sending to this address because it has a recent history of bouncing as an invalid address. For more information about how to remove an address from the suppression list, see the Amazon SES Developer Guide: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/remove-from-suppressionlist.html

I removed them from the Bounce list so emails should go through.

But the problem is in how your Autoresponder is set. Your recipient email is Name and it should be the Email field:
