I'm having trouble publishing my form

Hi, I'm having trouble with publishing my form I thought I could have it as a stand alone - does it need to be embedded in a website?

Please allow me to inform you that it is not necessary to embed your form to a website in order to fix the problem you are encountering in your form. The form alone should work fine. Can you please provide us more details about the issues you are encountering in your form?

So far, I can't seem to be able to identify it on cloned form. The cloned form works fine on my end.
