Issues submit & mobile reponsive

Hi team we are still having issues with the mobile reponsive in iPhone 6  and the submit button isn't working

I checked your form and sent a test submission. It is working properly.

I try to submit your form from an iPhone 6 plus simulator and it is working properly:

I go further and tried to submit your form from my cell phone and I can also submit the form from my cell phone:

However, as you said, your form has styling issues on mobile devices which have small screens like iPhone 4 and 5. iPhone 6 has no styling issues as I can see.

Can you please check again if you can submit or not and turn back to us with the results?
