Hello,
After adding a Jotform to my website
I get this weird URL extension.
I have attached a screenshot to give you an idea as well.
Thank you
Shannon

Hi,
As far as I know, the embed links of JotForm can't change the main URL like the one you presented. I presume it is more related on your website builders setup or on how the main page is created. I suggest contacting your web builder support team or your web developer about this.
If you believe that this is the cause by the JotForm form, then please try re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code. Here's how you can get the iFrame embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code. The iFrame will prevent any script conflict to happen between your website and of the JotForm form's resources.
I hope that helps.
