Some data from my form missing on email

    I have added extra fields on a form but im only receiving the original three fields i created in an email.  Why arnt all the fields coming through?  Please advise on andrew@tagmarketing.co.za

    Hello,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your form and found that you have edited your email alert. Please note that if you edit your form's email alert template. it becomes dirty. That mean any changes you make in your form will not reflect in your email template automatically. 

    The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. Please note that a new email alert will always include all question you have in your form. I would suggest you to please add a new email alert and the following guide should help you:
