I received an email from JotForm stating that that my account has be downgraded? When I go on the Jotform site, it says I have a free account. I'm not sure why I received the email as my credit cards have not expired. Is there something that I need to do or is this a phishing email?

Your JotForm account has been downgraded.
If you have not requested a downgrade this might have happened because your credit card expired.

As of checking, your subscription payment via Paypal did not push and has failed to get charged twice (June 28, and July 2). This caused your account's subscription status to automatically be downgraded automatically.
Please do check your Paypal to find what's wrong with it. Or you can resubscribe using your credit card via this link.
