Downgrading from Premium to Basic - misc. questions

    We're considering using Jotform for our online survey needs, and are currrently testing a form we've setup with your Basic service.  We would subscribe to your Premium service for at least the first few months the survey goes live because of the amount of respondents we expect our form to receive, but then plan to downgrade back to your Basic service after that as it gets less use.

    Having not seen yet what changes to your screens (My Forms, Submissions, etc.) might occur, *if any*, when we upgrade to Premium, my question is... would there be any things that would change for our survey when we'd downgrade from Premium back to Basic?  And more specifically, will the 100 submissions per month "meter" be set back to zero from the day we downgrade back to Basic, or is this "meter" based off a 1st-of-the-month to last-of-the-month monthly timeframe?

    Thank you for contacting us regarding on this. Once your account downgraded to free basic account, your forms would not be affected. The only thing that would be change after the downgrade is your accounts submission limits, which will return to 100 submissions per month and your allocated space. Submission counter reset only 1st day of the month.
