    Are forms hosted on my server still under the account limits?

    Hi I have a form satya investigations services.

     

    I have downloaded the codes and uploaded on my hosting server.

     

    www.satyainvestigations.in

     

    Problem is i am not getting those automated emails which i am suppose to get after the form is submitted.

    Please confirm two things:

    1. After submission where are the forms saved. Your server or my server?

    2. Is there still a limitiation of 100 forms if it is on my server.

    3. How to rectify the automated mails to my id

    Submissions are still stored on our servers no matter the embed method you used, to access your submissions you could follow this guide:

    2. Is there still a limitiation of 100 forms if it is on my server.

    Yes, since submissions are still collected on our servers the limits for your account are still applied, you could check your current limits on the usage page of your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage 

    3. How to rectify the automated mails to my id

    I have checked your form and email addresses related to it, I can see there are some of them in our bounce list, here's the result: 

    Result: c*******l@suhanicforum.in is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; unable to look up host suhanicforum.in: Name or

    Result: a*****i@live.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 SC-001 (SNT004-MC3F39) Unfortunately, messages from

    I have already removed the addresses from our bounce list so you can receive emails now, please also take a look on these guides that will provide you details about how to avoid bouncing issues and remove an email address from our bounce list:

    The email recipients (reportfra***@satyainvestigations.in) and (reportfr***@suhanicforum.in) is in our bounce list. 

    I have now removed the email recipients from the bounce list. Please check this article/guide on: Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications.

    If the issue persists, we recommend that you must use your own SMTP settings. Here is a guide with further explanation: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
