I work for an agency that represents this client's business. the client claims that she upgraded to Bronze, yet it is not showing an upgrade on thie jotform.

I did check your account "brianamyricks" and it is only a free account. I am not sure if your client has upgraded this account or some other account. I would suggest you to please speak to your client and ask them to forward the email they must have received after subscription payment.
