Can JotForm create a customized email based on form submissions?

Hello- I am interested in creating a student application.  Part of the application includes listing the students current teachers emails.  I would like an email automatically be generated to the teachers letting them know the students has asked for a recommendation for a specific program and include the link to another jot form.

Is that possible in jot form?  If so, what subscription level is it at?  Can you send me some information about that feature before I pay?
