Is it possible to have more than one label in the field, for example : name and company?

You can write in label field whatever you want just double click the label text. I'm not completely sure what is the usage of that, but you can write for example like this:
If you had something else in mind, please let us know so we can review some other options.

Dear Nik,
my questions concerns the "Field label to encode" in the widget Dynamic QR code.
When I scan the QR code, I d like to be able to see the "Name" and "Company", but so far, I can only add one field label and not 2.
Could you give me a tip to solve this?
Thanks!

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I understand what you meant. I'm afraid that it is possible to encode only one field label, as you saw as well.
I'm afraid that that can not be solved in the widget, but, something crossed my mind.
If you have Name and Company name fields:
and you put them together in some other field by using conditions:
And then you use that field's label in QR widget:
And that will work when name and company name fields are filled. QR code will be created from both of those fields.
You can make that Text field hidden, so your users don't see it:
Here is my test form so feel free to check it out: https://form.jotformpro.com/71105154202944
Let us know if that could work for you.
Thank you!
