Who owns the data you collect on our behalf?

Hi. I have a couple of questions:

    1) who owns the data you collect on our behalf? Is the data legally your clients or yours?

    2) why is it that if I am building a form and open it to view, that "view" counts towards my monthly view total? Shouldn't it be exempt as a) it's my own view and b) I need to see the form to know it is working correctly?

    3) how do fix this issue - top view is of a filed with sub-label that doesn't show up in "Preview Form", while the second image shows the same form in "Build" view which is exactly how i want it to appear. And to this point, there doesn't seem to be an option to alter the format of the sub-label text.

    Thanks!
