hello...I created a form and it has some text in there that I am including but it will not show up in the email that I get back when the form is submitted...this is crucial since I am creating a contract/release form.

how can I get this data to show?

    thank you

Please note that the email content is independent of the form, and you can shape it in any way you like, so you may add this text to the template of your email notification if that is what you seek.

Another option would be enabling the "PDF Attachment" option, in order to get a PDF of the form submission:

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.

this still does not give me what I need…I would like to see the text that I have in the form appearing just as it does in the email…that way the client has a copy of what they signed and so do I…right now, all it is showing are the fields that they fill out…not the text.
    please advise.

If you add text with a Text tool, you will be able to include it to the PDF (check this guide).

If you are referring to the PDF Embedder widget, unfortunately there is no way to extract the text from embedded PDF and include it to the submission PDF.
