    estamos recebendo varios pedidos dos mesmo clientes e eles confirma que fizeram só 1 pedido mas pra gente esta vindo 2..3..5 do mesmo cliente mas os clientes diz que só fizeram 1 vez

    Hello debrind,

    This probably is caused through a situation where the person after completing the submission just let the browser stay on the thank-you page. Upon closing the browser and reopening it again, it tries to load again the page with the previous information and asking them to confirm the submission, and they just proceed to it.

    To fix this and to prevent them from making a duplicate submission, try enabling the Unique Submissions > Loose check. This will prevent users to make duplicate submissions on the same form.
