Additional recipients for contact form

I found out how to add additional recipients to the contact form however on testing they are not receiving the responses.

The site is: www.boisebullybreedrescue.com. Click on the Contact BBBR link to access the form.

Were you just using the Test Email button in the email template? The test email will only will always send the test message to your account email.

To test the emails of the form, you need to submit the form in actual. Please refer also to the user guide: How-to-Properly-Add-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address
