Wishbox: Screenshot is covering the Jotform and does not allow to fill it out.

I'm having the same issue as stuart. How do I get the form to actually show. The screen shot covers it. Also how do you get a screen shot of a longer page. I've scrolled to the next area and then started the wishbox but it always bounces back up to the top and takes the same above the fold screenshot. I REALLY like this though and hope you can tell me how to get around these issues. Thanks

Can you please tell us the URL of your website where we can test the embedded Wishbox form.
We need to take a look on the actual Wishbox form to identify the next course of action.

Sure, sorry I didn't do that before. It's on ouryummyrecipes.com But I also tried your demo and it did the same thing. Thanks for all your help.

On your website I have found a contact us form and a services form and a few others so far.
Is it one of those or another one that you are having the issue with? Please let us know so that we can make sure we are checking the right one with the mentioned issue.

Just a follow up. I sent an email to re-explain my problem and was hoping you were able to figure out what is going on. Here's what I had sent in:
When I try to use the wishbox, the form that works with wishbox, the one the viewer is going to fill out that comes back to your jotform account is hidden behind the wishbox screencast. That's problem number 1.
The next problem is that the wishbox only makes a screencast of the above the fold portion of the website.

Unfortunately, we have not received any update about it, the ticket is still opened and the issue is being investigated.
I will ask for updates and will let you know as soon as possible via this thread.
