Hi! I am a first time JotForm user and i'm getting an error message. Can someone assist?

    Hi there! I'm a first time user and I'm trying to connect Jotform with Zapier. It was working this past week with successful test but just today i received the following error message on zapier site: 

    DataPostError: Problem creating auth. (authorization failed: zapier.api.jotform.com returned (403) Error and said "API-Limit exceeded")

    Anyone know how to fix this?

    The API limit is reset on a daily basis (midnight). If you are reaching the limit before the day ends, you have two options:

    Option 1. Upgrade your account to a plan with a higher API limit.

    Here are the API limits according to plan subscriptions.

    Free: 1000

    BRONZE:10,000

    SILVER: 40,000

    GOLD: 100,000

    Option 2. Just ask the support team to reset it for you. However, the turnaround time can be 1-2 hours. You can ask us prior to reaching the limit to have no downtime.

    I have reset your account's API limit.

    Please note that each API that is used in your form has a certain limited number of requests your app or integration gets called per day. Even if it's a preview, it gets counted as there is already a request once the form loads.

    If you go to the API Section of your account, you will see the Authorized APPS and API Keys that's being called and that go against your API limit.
