I don't believe I'm reached my API limit, but I received a notification and now Zapier won't connect. Help!

    Yesterday I received an email telling me that it seems I've reached the API limit and that FREE accounts are limited to 1,000 requests per day.

    As I've only had 10 submissions the entire time I've had an account with JotForm, I believe I am well below the free account limit, so this does not seem accurate. The only thing I've done differently was integrate Zapier in the past few days on two of my forms.

    Soon after getting a notification from JotForm, I also received one via Zapier that my Zaps have been turned off due to my connected forms hitting the API limit.

    I'd appreciate you looking into this and helping me out. I'm not sure what's going on!

    I have reset your daily API call limit already. 

    Please try resetting your form integration to Zapier also. It should work now.

    Let us know if issue persist.
