We are wondering if upon receipt of jot form email if you can just hit "reply" and it will reply to the applicant. Seems like if you hit "reply" it goes to jot form vs the applicant. Is there a way to ensure the reply goes to the applicant vs. jot form? Thanks!

The Reply-to Email option is properly configured on your email notification.
The emails should be received from firstname.lastname@example.org address, but the 'Reply to' field should be still populated with user's email, and when you click on the Reply button in your mail client the 'To' field should be properly populated with user's email address.
You may try with different email programs to see if this is working properly on your end.
