    Advanced Designer: Not saving changes

    I'm having the same problem now. Can't save anything in Advanced Designer...  

    Tried everything. Using Opera, but have tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox as well. Please advise.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    I tested our Advanced designer and I was able to reproduce the error you have. I forwarded this thread to our backend team for further checking.

    We will inform you once the issue is resolved.

    HI, any progress with this? It worked fine shortly this morning, but now the "SAVE" functions no longer works again. Please advise.

    Hi there too 😊 As of the last update we got, the issue should have been fixed by now. I tried my luck with the most recent form you edited 71117119689361, cloned it, then made some random changes through the ADVANCED DESIGNER page.

    From my tests, it appears to be working now.

    I cleared your Form Cache to see if that will help. On your end, can you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies? Or if you prefer not to, login your JotForm account through Chrome Incognito instead and check it from there.

    Afterwards, give it another try and please keep us posted if the issue still happens even after your Form Cache and Browser Cache were ruled out.

    Thanks. It's working on and off at the moment, but enough to get by.

    Our devs confirmed that this should be resolved. If you're still seeing issues with the ADVANCED DESIGNER not saving changes, just get back to us so we can have another look.
