Trying to log into our account

    Hi -

    I am trying to log into my jot form account. The account name is under RedLakeFire and the email account is My hotmail account is blocking the notifications and the password reset. The jotform form is used under the page.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I found out that the email address associated with the account you described is on our bounce list. This is the reason why you are not receiving emails coming from Jotform.

    Result: is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 SC-001 (SNT004-MC1F7) Unfortunately, messages from

    I have removed it from the list and you should start receiving emails again including the password reset instructions.
