Unable to submit form embedded on Wordpress website

    Hi! the attached link is great in my webpage and the form seems to work fine until it is submitted and then it simply says: Please Wait...

    What can I do?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. 

    I see that you are embedding the form on a Wordpress website, could you please try the methods mentioned in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/324-A-guide-to-forms-for-WordPress-users? The full proof way to make this work is the iFrame embed code. Although I suggest trying first the plugins that we have.
