May I know what you meant by collapse stopper? Were you perhaps referring to the section collapse field? Basically, to end a section collapse, you need to add a section collapse field where the "Section Visibility" is set to "Visible" and the "Button Visibility" is set to "Hidden". Below is a screenshot on how I set up mine. I added a 2nd section collapse that will end section collapse 1.
Here's my form: https://form.jotformpro.com/71121240389954. You can still see the captcha field and the submit button even though they are part of section collapse 2, because section collapse 2's section visibility is set to "Visible" and button visibility is set to "Hidden".
To learn more about how to use conditions in section collapse fields, please do check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Using-the-Form-Collapse-Tool.
I hope that helps.
