My form fields are filling with random numbers. I can i send a clear unfilled out form to my client?

    My apologies, but I'm having difficulty interpreting your concern. When you say your form fields are filling with random numbers, can you please provide us details on this a bit more? I checked your form and I see all the fields being blank.
