I have recently added a new form which I am currently trialling, very please with the ay the form now looks and responds, so thank you for your help.
I have a couple of issues which I thought i would contact you about.
1. I am receiving two email responses when someone fills in a form at my site, they seem to be duplicates, I am only receiving the duplicates by email, in the excel submissions report there is only one of each.
I thought at first this may be because I have the same form on two pages of my website, I have however tried to duplicate this and it does not seem to happen.

The second concern is that I have now had to remove my recipient email address from the bounce list twice, (within the last 48 hours), why is the email address repeatedly being added to the bounce list, is it because it is a hotmail account, if so would I be advised to change the account email address perhaps to the hosted domain name of the website where the form is added.

Hello there too 😊 You're getting 2 emails because you have 2 Email Notifications:
Just delete 1 of them and that should fix it. Just be careful which one you will delete in case you have a more preferred email between the two. I quickly checked both templates and they appear to be the same though so deleting either of them would be okay.
