    printing multiple pages problem

    Asked by alg211 on July 09, 2012 at 11:21 PM

    Hi

    My question is in relation to the multi-page print option and the solution found on http://www.jotform.com/answers/42302-How-to-Print-Multi-Page-Forms.

    The problem I am having, is when I insert the <a target="_blank" href="javascript:window.print()">PLEASE Print This Page for your records!</a> into the HTML field. All this seems to do when you click on the link, is print a blank page...? what am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

    Hello alg211.  As you have the property target _blank in your tag, the window.print() function targets the blank window.  To fix this, just remove the target blank property so it will just look like this:

    <a target="_blank" href="javascript:window.print()">PLEASE Print This Page for your records!</a>
