i need to create a form whereby a client finishes a task and then its updated into another form or report ..
ex...I create a punch list of To Do items for the client...as they complete these items they get checked off...those completed items then go to a Profile Report...that profile Report would show the client and our company what has been accomplished and what still needs to get done.

You can achieve this by populating another form with data from a form.
