To enable ftp upload for your form:

    1.  Go to My Forms, click on the form that you want to enable ftp in then click Submissions button

    2.  Click the settings icon to the right side of the submissions page

    3.  Click Send Uploads to FTP

    4.  Enter your ftp credentials in the FTP Integration Wizard, then click Next

    5.  Configure the folders and directory where you want your uploads to be saved. Click Finish.

also if anything came up wrong I tried to install one of your forms in
wordpress yesterday in a post. go to
deluxewebserver.com and try to put one of your forms in a post under html
and it wont work. do you
have any instructions or plugins for word press. please remove ban , that's
all I tried to do is put a file
uploader I wrote to you about there. wordpress file uploaders suck and are
    complicated and have security issues.
also if you include a banner I will advertise you on many of my sites for
    free. I am a fan. (125x125 graphic)
Can you make something so jotform works in wordpress.

Oops! My bad. I forgot to mention that this is only available for forms that contain an upload field.

For forms without an upload field, this option will be stricken through and disabled (illustrated below).

If you can't find it even if your form has an upload field, check out this diagram:
