    Sub-account users unable to create new forms

    Hello,

     

    I’m working for a public administration. Many of our services would like to use JOTFORM. So our communication department took one silver account (name of the main account FederationWB). The main account added my account as a subaccount but I cannot create more forms (name of the subaccount JuliePhilippart). Jotform said that i need to upgrade my account. Can you help me?

     

    I’have read these : https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User but it is not working.

    Hello JuliePhilippart,

    Please note that sub-user account will not have the same form or submission limits as master account. If you want to create form in your own account and receive submissions, limits of free account will be applicable.

    To solve this problem, the forms needs to be first created in master account and then share with sub user. I would suggest you to please ask user "FederationWB" to create the form in master account and then share with you. 

    Do you want us to move all your existing forms to your master account with username "FederationWB".
