I want to track daily food consumption

I would like to track patient's diet on a daily basis. Do have a form that would allow me to upload the data into and excel sheet so that I can review there nutrition?

We have google spreadsheet integration and some report tool which can fit your requirement.

If you integrate your form with google spreadsheet, it pushes the submission data to spreadsheet automatically once you receive a submisison.

Then, you can filter your spreadsheet and check daily food consumption.

Or, you can manually export your data to an excel sheet where you can filter submission data. If you would like to see only field A, you can enable only this field on your submisison page and disable other. Then, your excel file shows only field A. You can also select custom time interval. For instance, you do not need to download the whole submission. If you want to see only date x, you can select this date and download submission only belongs to this date.

However, you need to do it everyday manually. The submission are not moved to your excel sheet automatically. If you receive another submission after download process, this last submission does not show up in excel and you may need to download again.
