My account is auto suspended and will not let me reset my password i use the forms all day long!!
i have not edited the form since i made it a wile back and now all of a sudden my account is locked.
this is my third attempt at contacting you!!!
If you do not offer phone support this process should work and so far i'm very unhappy

You are asking users to set a password in your form which is causing our system to auto suspend your account. I see no problem in the form, but I would suggest revising how you ask it. Maybe change it to "Codes" to "Enter Verification Codes", something not to mention the password since this will trigger our system to suspend the account.
Note that I have already reactivated your account so you should be able to access the account now. Please check.

I'm not asking anyone for their username!
im trying to find mine. I thought it was FurFitness
I reset my password hoping you'd send me my username.
PLEASE HELP ME. I'M ON A DEADLINE!! I would hate to start over!!!!!!!!!!

You're correct, the account username is FurFitness. I checked your account and it is now in good condition. Your forms are all working properly.
