Ability to know why an email address has been added to the bounce list.

We continually have the issue with JotForm placing the same email addresses into their bounce/block list.

We have no way to know WHY email addresses are placed into the Jot form bounce/block list, AND after an email address is placed into the bounce/block list, we clear if through JotForm's utility...And later it will be placed back into the bounce/block list.

So...why If I manually clear it from JotForm's bounce/block list does JotForm place it back?

We have missed SEVERAL form submissions becuase of the way Jot form handles their bounce/block list...how can we fix this?

Do note that an email address is added to our bounce list due to several reasons, may be that the destination mal server rejected the email due to missing information or it may have been flagged as spam.

If you're using our default sender email addresses I would suggest you to whitelist our IP addresses, this way you will avoid emails being blocked due to any security filter: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

Another way you could avoid emails being blocked is by setting up a custom sender  email address using the SMTP method, since it will use your mail server info you should receive the emails without any problem.

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

If you want, we could also open a feature request in order to add the ability to show the bouncing message on the account settings, although we cannot provide an ETA or ensure it will be implemented, we would let you know as soon as we get any update about it, let us know.

Please Look into our account, and please look over our email history.  Jotform will send emails for Weeks to the same address...THEN for some reason JotForm will place it into the bounce/block list.

Look at the email address: 'Julianne.Kadel@southmetro.org'

Jotform has been been sending Jot form emails for over a month....NOW that email address is in JotForm's bounce/block list

The last Jotform email that went through was:

    Sat, 29 Apr 17 - 15:46 Email sent to Julianne.Kadel@southmetro.org

THEN just 1 hour 15 minutes later a Jotform email did NOT go through because that email address was placed in the  bounce/block list.

    Sat, 29 Apr 17 - 17:00 Email in bounce/block list to Julianne.Kadel@southmetro.org

WHY was this email address ( Julianne.Kadel@southmetro.org ) placed in JotForm's bounce/block list After this date/time:

    Sat, 29 Apr 17 - 15:46

    before this date

    Sat, 29 Apr 17 - 17:00

Unfortunately, we can only get the bouncing message while the address is in, if the address has been removed from our bounce list then we will not be able to know the reason.

Currently, your email address is in our bounce list and here's the reason:

    Result:

Julianne.Kadel@southmetro.org is IN the bounce list

Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

Do note that, as advised above, you could ask your email provider to whitelist in order to avoid emails being blocked and then placed into the JotForm's bounce list, another way to avoid this will be to use an SMTP sender since it will use your own mail server info.
