Can I use JotForm to create nice report for clients

We are a chimney company. I am looking to have a form that is filled out in the field by a technician. I am curious once they have completed the report will they be able to generate the report and give to the customer. Kind of like a report card. Something that looks nice with a company logo?

We have a few reporting tools, but card system is currently not supported. A workaround would be to create and customize the PDF report: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report. 

You can customize the PDF and send it to the customer after filling up and submitting the form. You can enable the PDF attachment in the autoresponder email:
