Submit button does work in Safari?

Asked by graeme_miller on July 10, 2012 at 06:16 AM

After completing my form, the submit button loads a blank screen (no thank you message) and nothing happens. If I upload a document as one of my questions allows, the document IS uploaded to my dropbox though (suggesting something is happening), but the completed form does not appear in my forms section of my account. If I try the same form in Chrome, it works as planned!

    Is this a known issue?

    Hi Grame,

I just built a form and tested. I'm on the Mac and the submit button worked fine, very strange. Do you think there could be a JS conflict?

Very strange. I just quickly speed through again only marking the required fields in the form and it submitted OK, even in Safari. Looks like a temprental issue... which is frustrating! Not sure how to resolve a JS conflict.
