We have implemented one of your forms into our website under your free service (100 submissions a month). Because we're currently receiving considerably less than that at the moment, we're sticking with free but will obviously move to the paid service if we start reaching 100 or more.

My question is, will the system tell us when we're receiving over 100, or will the form just stop working? As a business it's vital we don't lose any submissions, so this would be great to know.

    Best Regards

Thank you for contacting us regarding on this. Once you reach your submission limits, you will be notified by an email from JotForm that you already reach your submission limits and ask you to upgrade your account. But, if you don't like to upgrade your account, you will then wait for the next counter reset which every 1st day of the month. All your forms will be temporarily disabled once you reach your monthly submission limits.

If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us anytime.

    Have a great day!
