Hello, I constantly get messages that my email, fdawe@mckenzie.edu is on your bounce list. Because of this, we are not receiving email notifications of submissions. If the problem persists, we will close our subscription of Jotform.

The bounce list is a feature wherein the email address will be added in the list if the emails coming from JotForm are being rejected by the email recipient.  Our servers will try several times to deliver the email for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will be marked as "block/rejected". After that, the recipient address will be added in the bounce list.

One of the purpose of the bounce list is to determine if there are any errors in sending emails to the recipients. Here are some examples:

    - Mailbox is full
    - Email address is non-existent
    - Incorrect email address
    - Blocked by your email provider

Please check this article/guide to learn more on: Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications

I checked your mail logs and I can see that the email address (fda***@mckenzie.edu) is not in the bounce list anymore. If the email landed on it again please let us remove it by creating a new thread so we can check what it the error why your email landed in our bounce list.

Our best recommendation to avoid email bouncing issues is to use your own SMTP settings for the sender email: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
