    JotForm branding on Thank You Page for Premium Member

    We are on the 90 Day Premium plan and we are still seeing the Jotform Ads on the Thank You page even though I have unchecked the box under Account -> Settings -> "Add a JotForm footer at the bottom of your forms to life the form view limits."

     

    Can this be removed for us?

    I have checked your account settings and found that you have the "JotForm Footer" option unchecked. I understand that you have already sorted out your issue?

    I apologize for not clarifying my previous message. I meant that in order to eliminate the possibility of a glitch, I have checked the option to temporarily enable it, and then unchecked it, just like you had it unchecked before, and I would like to know if that solved the issue for you.

    The text “Now create your own JotFrom- it’s free!” and the Create JotForm button still appear at the bottom of the Thank You Page.

    This issue has not been resolved yet and we are still seeing the “Now create your JotForm – it’s free!” when submitting any form.

    I’ve just tried to submit two different forms and I’m receiving the message “Oops! Form not found:” followed by the form ID>

    What are the forms that showed up that error? The issue has been fixed by our back-end team, and we have cleared your forms cache. Please check gain, and let us know if there is any error.

    I was informed by the developer who was assigned to this ticket. The issue has been fixed. I also checked your setting page and I can confirm that two options are unchecked and there is no JotForm label on your forms. 

    In addition, jotform branding has been also removed from the thank you page as you can see here.
