Please refer to our user guide: How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User
Sub accounts cannot delete your shared forms. They can only view form submissions or edit the form.
If you do not want the sub user to edit the forms, do not give Edit access. Give only View option.
Example:
---
You can create jotform account for sub users. Create the account using this link https://www.jotform.com/signup
After creating the account, you can add it as your sub user.
I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
You can create sub-account to share forms created under your account. Sub accounts can be created by entering the user's email address. The user will receive an invitation email from JotForm and the user has to sign-up first before he will be able to view the shared forms and submissions.
Consequently, sub accounts like any normal free account, they have usernames and passwords. and the only difference is that they get access to forms/submissions of the main account who shared the form with sub account.
If you have any other questions or issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I'm afraid it is not possible to achieve what your asked for, in terms of sub-account users permissions.
One idea that could perhaps fill this gap, is creating an email notification and setting the sub-account user as the recipient, and then include the submission edit link in this email notification. This way the sub-account user would have emails containing edit links for all the form submissions, without being able to delete them.
I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.

Yes, but the problem here is that you can not see the old tabs, you can only see the new notifications.
Query in case a subaccount erases tabs by mistake is it possible to recover them by means of backup requesting a jotform support by mail?
