    Form is not working

    Formulario Não funciona

    Olá boa tarde

    Montei todo o formulário, preencha o email ou o qual gosta de receber mas não funciona, já tentei de vezes, não busca no google, perguntas freqüentes e não consigo solucionar o problema.

    Você pode me ajudar, por favor.

    seria isso que precisa, sou meio leigo no assunto mas e este formulario que já preenchi, refiz tres vezes mas não chega o email para remetende e nem para o detinatario.

    Hello,

    I suppose the problem here exactly is that you are not receiving the email alerts, is this correct?

    For your reference, you still should be able to access your submissions in your form's submissions page.

    Now with regard to your problem, I checked your email address and found that it landed in the bounce list. 

    ultraeventosesportivos@hotmail.com
    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 SC-001 (SNT004-MC5F17) 

    This may have been caused by one of the IP addresses that JotForm uses. I would suggest to try using noreply@formresponse.com or setup your own email as your email sender via SMTP. Although the latter has the best chance in preventing this incident from happening again.

    Obs: Outra duvida que tenho e se tem a possibilidade de mandar junto ao auto responder alguma integração, exemplo botão do paypal.
