I'm attempting to update my email address for personal address and the notification, and although it reflets the updated address but it's still going to my previous email address $&%#*#*^

Are referring about your account email address or your form's notification email address?

Thank for your prompt response! I’m referring to the EMAIL ALERTS. The notification address should be email@example.com.
The notifications are being sent to the previous address firstname.lastname@example.org. I’ve also changed my user name in efforts to resolve. Please help!

Your notification's email address is already email@example.com and in your forms condition "If First Name is filled then notification send to firstname.lastname@example.org ". If you didn't see the changes of your email alerts, my suggetion is logout to your JotForm account then delete your browser cache and cookies then log back in.
